We all know when you eat junk food and large portions of food you are bound to add more kilos and the reverse is also true.But don’t you wonder how people ACTUALLY add weight?I do and as i continue walking this journey i discover gems that are in plain sight yet are not well understood.
My curiosity was further fueled when one of my friend’s legit asked “What are calories?What are we counting?” A statement that goes to show we do not all understand how we actually add or loose weight.
